We want you to love your Hammitt as much as we loved making it. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges on all unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label. A small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Package Your Item

Place your unused handbag and all original accessories, including dust bags and tags, into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
